Hermaphrodite’s child at the roof garden of The Athenian Callirhoe Hotel took us back to the 1960s!
Filled with the endless energy of the 60s, the roof garden of the central Athenian Callirhoe Hotel came alive with moments from the past—powerful, unique, and dance-filled memories that can touch every generation! A place where the older generation can reminisce and the younger ones can learn. Wonderful band, and an excellent song selection! Truly an unforgettable evening!
After many nights out at 36, where the evenings ranged from mediocre to indifferent, I found myself at a live performance by the band. A 10 out of 10 doesn’t even begin to describe my experience! Without a second thought, I booked them on the spot for the opening of my store, and it was the best decision I could have made. This band is not just any random group of musicians. They come fully equipped with everything you need: sound that suits every occasion, lighting that creates the perfect atmosphere, and an energy that elevates every moment. Even their attire is carefully chosen, adding to the overall experience. Congratulations to the artists!!!
Hermaphrodite’s Child is one of those bands that doesn’t go unnoticed.Beyond their talent, what makes them stand out is their dedication and professionalism. Working with them was exceptional.
If you’re looking for something authentic and unique, you definitely need to listen to them!
Last year, I hosted a large birthday party with 150 guests, plenty of food, and drinks. Everything was going smoothly — a typical celebration with guests enjoying themselves, chatting, and having a good time. Then, the Greek band The Hermaphrodite’s Child took the stage. From the very first note, the energy in the room shifted. People stopped talking and started listening, enjoying the music, and before long, everyone was dancing. The band played two outstanding 60-minute sets, and it was a huge success. Even now, over 9 months later, when I meet guests from that party, the conversation always circles back to the incredible performance by The Hermaphrodite’s Child. Their impact was unforgettable. Well done!
We were celebrating St. Patrick’s Day outside the Irish pub in town when I first saw the guys perform. We had no idea they would be playing, nor what kind of music they would play. But it quickly turned into one of the best nights we can remember as they delivered perfect covers of so many classic songs and favourites. We danced alongside people of all ages, having an amazing time and enjoying the magic of the music.
A few months later, my family came to visit me in Ikaria. Born in Liverpool and growing up listening to this kind of music, I wanted to share the experience with my mum, dad, aunt, brother, and son. We booked a venue from a friend and put up posters around the island. With no expectations of who might show up, we were delighted when around 120 people of all ages and nationalities came to see the show. Once again, it was a truly magical night, and by the end, everyone was dancing.
The guys are now friends, and they are truly fantastic musicians with a wonderful repertoire.
We ’ve had the absolute pleasure of having Hermaphrodite’s Child perform at our shop parties in the past, and to say they were amazing would be an understatement. From the moment they struck their first chord, they had the entire crowd dancing, singing along, and fully immersed in the magic of classic rock ‘n’ roll.
This band isn’t just about playing music; they bring an entire experience with them. Their energy is infectious, their passion for the golden era of rock is undeniable, and their musicianship is top-notch. They don’t just perform songs—they live them, channeling the raw, unfiltered spirit of the ‘50s and ‘60s into every performance. Whether they’re belting out Summertime Blues or delivering their electrifying Rock ‘n’ Roll Medley, they turn any space into a full-blown rock party.
What makes Hermaphrodite’s Child truly special is their connection with the audience. They play not just for you, but with you, making every performance feel intimate, personal, and unforgettable. Their motto, “We Play, You Party!” couldn’t be more fitting.
If you ever get the chance to see them live—or better yet, book them for an event—don’t hesitate. They’re the kind of band that brings people together, lifts spirits, and reminds us all why rock ‘n’ roll will never die.
Thank you, Hermaphrodite’s Child, for the incredible memories—we can’t wait to have you back again!
We invited Hermaphrodites Child to play at our wedding in the square of Agios Lavrentios in Pelion, and as soon as they took the stage, the gathering ended, and the party began! High-energy rock ‘n’ roll, perfectly adapted to the vibe of the wedding celebration, with an amazing setlist that had guests, waiters, relatives, and bridesmaids dancing non-stop for two hours. Even our grandma gave us a thumbs-up and said, “Well done, you rockers!” It was an unforgettable moment, full of energy and a little bit of a sore back from all the dancing!
The songs we’ve always loved were played better than we’ve ever heard them before.
Impeccable musicians playing rock ‘n’ roll with both skill and soul. We never imagined we’d get to hear these songs played so perfectly, especially at our own wedding.
Thank you, Hermaphrodite’s Child.
We couldn’t have asked for a better band for our wedding! They brought so much energy and talent, playing an incredible selection of hits from the ’50s and ’60s, creating the perfect atmosphere for the evening. Their sound was flawless, delivering the classic songs in a unique way.
In addition to being exceptional musicians, they were also professional, polite, and truly pleasant to work with from start to finish. Their performance created a wonderful and nostalgic atmosphere, making our day even more special. Our guests keep talking about how fantastic they were! If you’re looking for a band that will bring timeless music and an unforgettable experience to your event, look no further. We highly recommend them!
